Bayou Blue Roofing ("we", "our", "us") operates an internal contractor operations app used by Bayou Blue Roofing employees and authorized crew members. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account info: name, work email, role.
- Job records: customer names, property addresses, project notes — entered by staff for the purpose of managing roofing work.
- Photos: jobsite, damage, and progress photos captured by crew members and tied to a specific job.
- Optional approximate location attached to photos, only when the device user grants permission.
- Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To operate the contractor operations app for Bayou Blue Roofing staff.
- To organize roofing jobs, photos, tasks, and contractor documentation.
- To enforce role-based access and admin approval of new accounts.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertising networks.
- We do not use this app to represent homeowners in insurance matters, handle or negotiate claims, interpret policy coverage, or direct insurance proceeds.
Where it's stored
Account data, job records, and photos are stored in our backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), with all traffic encrypted in transit. Access is controlled by row-level security policies and admin approval.
Your rights
Because this is a private, employer-issued tool, account data is owned by Bayou Blue Roofing. To request account deletion, an export of your records, or correction of any information, contact a Bayou Blue Roofing administrator (see the Support page).
Children
This app is intended for Bayou Blue Roofing employees and contractors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Your continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
